Developers and small teams: the technical detail is in the FAQ
Requests flow into your model. Cases it is confident about are answered; the ones it is unsure about are handed back to your team. Before you switch, you see results on your examples, where it is unsure, and the projected cost per task. ALL DAY, EVERY DAY Refund request Card payment failed Update address Where is my order? The problem

Businesses are paying for a do-everything AI to do the same simple job, over and over.

  • Sorting customer emails
  • Sending requests to the right team
  • Copying invoice details into your systems

Every one of those requests is billed at premium rates, so the bill grows with every busy day and is hard to predict. And no one has checked whether a smaller AI, trained for just that one job, would do the work just as well.

How it works

Evidence first. Then you decide.

Three steps, and you approve before anything goes live.

  1. Describe the job

Tell us the one task you want to hand over, and share examples of how it is done today.

  2. See the evidence first

We build a small model for that one job and show you how it handles your examples, where it is unsure, and what it would cost, before you commit to anything.

  3. Switch on your own API

It answers the cases it is confident about and hands the rest back to your people or your current system.

What you get

See the cost comparison before you commit

Your projected cost per task, set next to what you pay today.

Pricing you can plan around

A cost you can budget for, not a figure that shifts with every request.

Accuracy you can check before you buy

Review how it handles your own examples up front. No need to take our word for it.

Knows when it is unsure

It hands the case off instead of guessing, so a wrong answer does not slip through unnoticed.

Built for trust

  • You approve before anything goes live.
  • Your data is never used to train anyone else's model.
  • You can roll back or switch off at any time.

With your permission, some preparation steps (such as drafting training examples or checking quality) may send redacted examples to a third-party AI provider under evaluation-only terms. That never happens in the live API. The FAQ explains this in full.

Some of the use cases

  • Support-ticket routing
  • Payments message triage
  • Order and logistics exception sorting
  • Copying invoice details into your accounting system

Not a fit

  • Open-ended chat
  • Tasks without a clear right answer

Hand over the job that never ends.

Leave your email and we will let you know when you can try it. We may also ask for a 20-minute conversation about the task you want to hand over. You can unsubscribe any time, and only your email is required.

We will email launch news and, with your consent, an invitation to a short research conversation, and nothing else. See our privacy notice.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Is this a chatbot?

No. It is a small model built for a single, well-defined task, such as routing a ticket or copying the details from an invoice. It is not for open-ended conversation.

How is accuracy measured?

Before you commit, we run the model against a set of your own examples where the right answer is already known, and report how often it matched, expressed as a share of that example set (a percentage), together with where the model was unsure. You see this on your own data, so the measurement reflects your job rather than a generic benchmark.

What happens to my data?

Your data is never used to train anyone else's model. With your permission, some preparation steps may send redacted examples to a third-party AI provider under evaluation-only terms; this never happens in the live API. You can roll back or switch off at any time. See the privacy notice for how we handle the email you give us here.

What does it cost?

Pricing will be published before launch. Whatever the price, you will see your projected cost for your task, set next to what you pay today, before you commit to anything.

Do I need an ML team?

No. You describe the job and share examples; we handle the model. A developer can wire it into your systems through a standard API, but you do not need machine-learning specialists.

When does it launch?

We are onboarding early users in stages. Leave your email and we will let you know when you can try it.
